Today saw a doubleheader with platform-holder livestreams. The day began with a Nintendo Direct. It featured more than 40 minutes worth of news, trailers and announcements. There were even name drops. A PlayStation State of Play concluded the day, with trailers and other information about the PlayStation line of consoles.

Perhaps the name and release date reveal of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom? The impressive Nintendo 64 game list that was coming to Switch Online’s Expansion Pack may have been a clue. Maybe you’re super hyped for Fire Emblem Engage?

Was it from the PlayStation State of Play? Tekken 8 was a surprise but thrilling reveal while Rise of the Ronin, Ishin and Like a Dragon look great. Of course, we can’t talk about the State of Play stream without mentioning that God of War: Ragnarök footage.
