Nintendo Switch Online N64 & Sega Genesis ‘Expansion Pack’ price, date announced

Nintendo has revealed the pricing and launch date of its premium-tier subscription to Nintendo Switch Online. This service allows Switch owners to play online multiplayer and gives them access to a collection of Super NES and NES games. Nintendo revealed in September that the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack will be available for $49.99 per person and $79.99 for a 12-month family membership. Nintendo will officially launch the service on October 25.

The standard Nintendo Switch Online subscription cost $19.99 per year for an individual account, and $34.99 per family pack.

Nintendo Switch Online Premium brings you a collection of classic games from Sega Genesis and Nintendo 64. Nintendo announced the Switch controllers with Sega Genesis and Nintendo 64 buttons at an exclusive Nintendo Direct.
