MultiVersus Leak Seems To Confirm Stripe From Gremlins And Black Adam Will Join The Roster Soon

MultiVersus launched to 1.0 in the end after several weeks of beta testing. However, Player First Games decided that Season 1 would be delayed because it was not smooth. 

This brief delay has now passed. Season 1 will begin today. Check out the patch notes for details on every character buff, change, and other information here. Alongside today’s patch notes, though, came a small leak from Player First Games and MultiVersus itself. Twitter user _FireMonkeyMultiVersus booted and I was greeted by a loading screen for Season 1 – which is what the reporter reported. Eurogamer. That’s because this startup screen featured two characters not yet revealed for the roster: Stripe, the antagonist from GremlinsBlack Adam, and.

The screenshot shows that Black Adam and Stripe are expected to join the roster in Season 1, as you can see. Black Adam makes sense – Warner Bros. and DC (and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson for that matter) are in full marketing mode for Black Adam. However, Stripe is more of an anomaly. It’s an awesome inclusion, but also a somewhat random one.
