Marvel Snap’s new mode will allow you to fight your friends this year

Marvel SnapThe free-to-play, virtual card game created and maintained by HearthstoneA new mode for developers will let you play with your friends this year. Washington Post first broke the news in an interview they did with developers.

Marvel SnapThe game is fast-paced and takes six turns per round. As the name suggests, the game draws on an eclectic cast of super heroes and characters from the ends of the Marvel universe — everyone from the super popular Spider-Man to the lesser known Devil Dinosaur are fair game. Officially launched on Oct. 31, the game is now available worldwide for Android, iOS and Microsoft Windows.

It matches players automatically against bots, or players who have higher skill levels than them. In the interview with the Washington Post, the developers described a new “battle mode” that will be “friend-centric” and allow users to play against specific people. When the mode is launched, players will be able compete against each other and to see their decks and strategies.
