Cyberpunk 2077 Getting Big 2.0 Overhaul With Phantom Liberty Expansion
CD Projekt Red presented a new video and spoke on stage at Gamescom’s Opening Night Live to discuss the 2.0 update for Cyberpunk and Phantom Liberty. Phantom Liberty will be a pay-to-play expansion with new content, including Idris Elba. But even without the expansion the game is still receiving improvements.
In the footage, V launches herself off a motorcycle and slams into an enemy group. The game will add new weapons like blades and guns, and the perks are being redesigned. The combat has been updated with a variety of animations. V also dashing and throwing enemies at each other in the middle of combat. You can now hack and fight while you drive, the police will also call MaxTac in to help you.
