Xbox Game Pass September 2022 games list: Valheim, Deathloop, Grounded

Hardspace: Shipbreaker, Blackbird Interactive’s sci-fi take on an honest day’s work in space, joins the previously announced Deathloop Xbox Game Pass available now They’ll be followed by Slime Rancher 2 and eight more games to round out the month of September on Microsoft’s games subscription service.

Shipbreaker HardspaceAfter two years of early access, the game was launched for Windows PC and PC Game Pass in May. Players take the role of an astronaut laborer in the orbital salvage yard. The wrinkle is they’re working off a massive debt to their employer — a nod to the company towns and labor struggles of the early 20th century.

Slime Rancher 2The game will also be available in early access via Xbox Game Pass or PC Game Pass starting Sept. 22. The following day-one launches will be made on September 22: SpiderHeck (a “fast-paced couch co-op brawler,” says Microsoft) for consoles and PC, and Beacon Pines (a “cute and creepy storybook adventure.”)

Game Pass now includes the entire release of Grounded, Obsidian Entertainment’s honey-I-shrunk-the-kids backyard adventure which launched in early access in July 2020. This will be followed by the PC Game Pass launch on Sept. 29. ValheimThe 2021 Survival Game in Norse Lands. Valheim Xbox Game Pass will be the exclusive console for this launch. It is expected to debut in spring 2023.

Microsoft has reminded Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers of a 10-hour free trial via EA Play. FIFA 23, Starting Tuesday, Sept. 27, They’ve also added touch controls for nine more games to stream to mobile devices — including GroundedAlso, the newly announced Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White WitchRemastered And Danganronpa V3: Killing HarmonyAnniversary Edition.

In September, Xbox will remove several Game Pass games as usual. Here’s a list every everything that’s leaving the service on Sept. 30:
