Xbox and Adidas Unveil Third and Final Sneaker in 20th Anniversary Collaboration

Today, we’re Thrilled to officially unveil the third and final sneaker as part of the Xbox 20^thadidas ForumTech Boost, an anniversary collaboration. This is the first ever Xbox shoe that can be purchased globally.

The Xbox Series X inspired design is bold and bold in jet black. It’s complemented by pops of neon green, tech-driven details, and a host of other cool features.

As with any great design, it’s always about the details, so we started with the Forum Tech Boost, a shoe that draws heavily on the past while incorporating the latest in boost technology. The Xbox Series X inspired the design. This shoe allows users to play 20 years of Xbox, while also advancing technology in order to offer the most immersive gaming experience. The shoe’s interior is covered in black netting and a green liner. It resembles the Xbox Series X’s iconic green vents. To represent the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller’s elegant design and console power button, the shoe also features our Xbox sphere logo.

In an unusual way to honor our anniversary, we also drew design inspirations from the Xbox 20^ThAnniversary Wireless Controller Special Edition. This shoe, which mirrors the controls on the controller, has a translucent sole and a green heel that pulls from the shell. A small Xbox 20 is included to complete the celebration.^ThOn the inside of the socks liners is the Anniversary logo

Our goal was to design a shoe that would not only be timeless but could also cement a time in history. This is a shoe that is meant to be played in, meant to be worn, and meant to be enjoyed by our community – one that’s always played in, and never played out.

In October we revealed the Xbox 20’s first adidas Originals sneaker.^ThForum Tech is a translucent green design inspired by the exclusive Xbox 360 console release. Halo, Combat EvolvedIn 2001, Microsoft’s first ever generation of gaming was launched. In 2001, we introduced the Xbox 360 Forum Mid. This sneaker is the first to be branded Xbox and can now be bought in Canada as well.
