Ubisoft Extracts Official January Release Date For Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction

Ubisoft has revealed the official release date for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction.

It is a good news story. GematsuAccording to, Extraction will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC Luna, and Stadia starting January 20. Ubisoft has also revealed some more information about the game’s built-in features such as cross-play and more.

“The game will support cross-play and cross-save between all platform families on day one,” Ubisoft’s press release reads. “Owners of both Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction will instantly unlock the entire roster of 18 operators in Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege and will get the United Front cosmetic bundles in both games.”

The extraction will allow cross-progression as well as cross-save on all platforms. GematsuReports state that each Extraction copy will include two Buddy Pass tokens. This token allows you to invite 2 friends to the game for 14-days for no cost. You can also invite them to join the full game if you decide.

Ubisoft also released a new trailer detailing today’s news and more, which you can watch above.

Today’s January 20 release date news comes just a couple of months after Extraction was delayed from its original Fall release date to sometime in January.
