Ubisoft Extracts January Release Date For Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction

Ubisoft has revealed the official release date for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction. 

The following news is from GematsuThe report says that Extraction will arrive on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S (PS5), PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. It also mentions Luna, PC, Luna and Stadia. Ubisoft has also revealed some more information about the game’s built-in features such as cross-play and more. 

“The game will support cross-play and cross-save between all platform families on day one,” Ubisoft’s press release reads. “Owners of both Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction will instantly unlock the entire roster of 18 operators in Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege and will get the United Front cosmetic bundles in both games.” 

Cross-progression across platforms and cross-save will be possible with extraction. GematsuTwo Buddy Pass tokens are included with every copy of Extraction, according to reports. You can invite up to two friends to join you in Extraction for 14 days free. Their progress will also transfer to full-release if they choose to play the game.

Today’s January 20 release date news comes just a couple of months after Extraction was delayed from its original Fall release date to sometime in January.
