The Sims 4’s new free patch adds hearing aids, binders, and more

In Create A Sim, select your Sim’s face, then select Accessories. You can now put a new hearing device on your Sim, whether he is toddler-aged or not. There are fifteen color options available. You can choose to add glucose monitors on the right or left arm or lower abdomen.

How to outfit binders in The Sims 4
