The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Is The Name Of Breath Of The Wild’s Sequel, Release Date Set For May

Fans have been waiting for the official title of the next installment to The Legend of Zelda, Breath of the Wild since the summer 2019 announcement. Today’s Nintendo Direct presentation provided us with the name and release date. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is the title of the game.

In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, players can explore the surface of the version of Hyrule they traveled across in Breath of the Wild as well as various floating islands in the sky. The trailer shows Link moving from the sky towards the surface and then back to the sky.

We still don’t have all the details on Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. However, the official title is now available and we can also get a release date. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingom is exclusive to Nintendo Switch and will arrive on May 12, 2023.
