Both critics and movie-goers were pleased with the film’s box office performance, which was especially important considering the continued global COVID-19 epidemic. DC confirms that. Batman will get a sequel with Matt Reeves returning to write and direct and Robert Pattinson set to reprise his role as the Caped Crusader, as reported by Variety.

As for a villain or storyline, we’re all still just as in the dark as we were before the sequel was revealed. But those who see will rejoice.
