Telltale Games, Currently Developing The Wolf Among Us 2, Shares 2022 Plans

Telltale Games’ return has come back almost two years ago. The company, which was founded by former staff members and is now led by a new group of people, announced a sequel to The Wolf Among Us at The Game Awards 2019. Things seemed to quieten down, prompting many to wonder what the new studio was up to. Telltale recently spoke out about its progress and how it feels the studio is doing. The latest Tweet from Telltale’s Twitter account lists Telltale’s most notable milestones, and the goals it has for the future. The post begins with “Telltale has returned.” Next, the post continues to inform readers that Telltale is back, and that they are trying to improve upon the Telltale experience while avoiding the same problems that plagued its predecessor studio.
 

Near the end of the message is the section that details what happens next. This may be the best part. The Wolf Among Us 2 will likely be revealed soon, it seems. The post, which you can see below, states that the team is ready to share more information “early next years when we are able to go deeper into the matter.”
 

We are thrilled to learn about Telltale’s next sequel. However, Telltale has other projects in the pipeline. The Expanse: A Telltale Series, which was just announced at The Game Awards this week, will be an adaptation from the Amazon TV show. This series is being developed in collaboration with Deck Nine and Life is Strange: True Colors. The two developers have a strong storytelling history, giving us a lot to look forward to in the title.
