Street Fighter 6 DLC Character A.K.I. Gets Twisted Teaser Trailer

A.K.I. announced that she was the first brand-new character joining the Street Fighter 6 roster via DLC. A.K.I. gave a preview of the new character that will be added this fall. During the Evo 2023 tournament this past weekend, we heard a number of announcements. These included new Mortal Kombat 1 characters and a surprise TMNT collaboration between Street Fighter 6 and Street Fighter. Capcom did not stop there. It also released the first trailer of its 20th playable Character, A.K.I.

A.K.I. has been described as “a manaical, poison-loving aficionado.” The character fits right into the Street Fighter tradition of outrageous and deranged characters. Check out this surprisingly dark trailer for A.K.I. below.

A.K.I. While we knew A.K.I. Rashid debuted in Street Fighter V, but joined the roster of Street Fighter 6 less than two weeks prior to this teaser. A.K.I. A.K.I. will be in Street Fighter 6 by the fall. Both characters – as well as the two remaining members of Year 1, Ed and Akuma – are included in the Deluxe Edition, Ultimate Edition, or Year 1 Character Pass. Rashid can be purchased individually for 350 Fighter Coins, which is approximately $7. Rashid’s secondary outfit, as well as two other color options are included in any purchase. A.K.I. will follow a similar release method. It is logical that A.K.I.
