Star Wars World Between Worlds comes to live-action in Ahsoka episode 4

So far, not much has changed in Star Wars: AhsokaDisney Plus has the latest Star Wars episode. Sabine is back in training and Ahsoka and Sabine are together again. Up until episode 4, they had been talking about Ezra, Thrawn and other characters but not doing anything. The episode 4 was a bit of a surprise, as it brought in ‘one of the most unexpected characters in history. Star Wars: Rebels’ most complicated and important pieces of lore.

After some prolonged fights between Sabine and Shin, and Ahsoka and Marrok, and Ahsoka and Baylan, Ahsoka gets herself kicked all the way off a giant cliff and seemingly killed — at least at first.

Sabine immediately grabs the maps, but when she finds herself in front of Baylan, the only thing she could do was give him the map for the passage to Thrawn and Ezra. Before we continue the search for our missing characters the show returns to Ahsoka who is waking up in a dark area that appears to be space on a light bridge.

As with most everything, AhsokaThis new area should feel familiar. Rebels Watchers, as The World Between Worlds. For everyone else, here’s what that means:

What’s the difference between World and World in Ahsoka

It’s like a small pocket dimension adjacent to our world. It’s a Force-connected plane of existence that connects all places and times in the world through a series of doors. The doors open to every moment that has ever occurred or ever will.

World Between Worlds, a creation by The RebelsEzra Bridger was able to use it for the series in order to rescue Ahsoka. Darth Sidious tries to gain access after he saves her. However, they are able to stop him.

Only a small number of Jedi have explored this strange, mysterious aspect of the Force. As a result, it is still a little mystical and unexplored. There are many unknowns, including how to get there. Although we know the Mortis gods painting on the Jedi Temple of Lothal represents a portal into the World Between Worlds based upon what we saw earlier, it is not the only way to access the World Between Worlds. Ahsoka, it seems that isn’t the only way inside.

Is Ahsoka dead?

Ahsoka, in spite of all her ridiculous, confusing, and vague lore, is most likely not dead. Considering we’ve already seen her get saved via the World Between Worlds before, it seems pretty likely that could happen again.

This time the question is, how did it happen? All we can do on that is speculate for now, but it seems possible that Anakin may have had something to do with that, considering he’s the person that Ahsoka meets when she finally comes to at the end of the episode.

Is that Hayden Christensen or Anakin?

This mystery will continue until at least the fifth episode, and even then until answers are given. Anakin’s real purpose is that Anakin and Luke can meet live in action. This is something that fans have been waiting for from the very beginning. Clone Wars series.

As for whether or not that’s actually Hayden Christensen, it is — he’s given the prestigious “and” credit at the end of the episode’s credits. But it’s not 2023 Hayden Christensen, at least not exactly. Instead, it appears to be the same strange zombie technology they’ve been using to de-age Mark Hamill for Luke Skywalker, or any of the other characters that Star Wars has gone back in time for over the last decade.
