Square Enix Puts Extensive Soundtrack Library On YouTube Music

Square Enix created a YouTube channel for music and soundtracks from the various projects and games it is well-known for.

This was brought to our attention through the reporting by Video Games ChronicleSquare Enix Music is a YouTube channel that was created in 2009 by the Japanese gaming publisher. The company is hosting several playlists featuring the soundtracks of many of its RPG series and games. Want to listen to the Final Fantasy VIII soundtrack? It’s there! You are ready to hear SaGa Frontier II tunes? A playlist is waiting for you! The channel even features Balan Wonderworld’s songs. Relax and enjoy your favourite Square music, as I did while I was writing this article.

YouTube Music users can now access over 5,500 Square Enix music tracks with the official opening of Square Enix Music. The songs are already available via other platforms such as Apple Music or Spotify. Still, it’s great to see this incredible collection readily available to enjoy in even more places. YouTube Music allows you to access YouTube Music for free. There will however be some advertisements from time-to-time. Users can upgrade to premium to get songs to listen offline and remove the ads.
