Splatoon 3 gets first post-launch Splatfest

Splatfest, a digital competition that occurs in Splatoon’s games, is an ongoing event. It involves players choosing teams that are based on a specific theme, and then competing against one another in a paint-fueled shooter. This is the theme of the first event: What would your desert island be like? There are three choices for fans: Gear Grub Fun, Grub Fun, or Gear. It will begin on Sept. 23rd, and run through Sept. 25th.

Developers also confirm that more updates are planned for free. Splatoon 3.The trailer showed an Octoling in a matching sweater and a wrestle helmet.

This is the second Splatfest after launch Splatoon 3However, it’s not the first time the title has been launched. Nintendo provided a preview of the game in pre-release, which allowed users to experience the Splatfest format.
