Sniffer coming to Minecraft 1.20

Minecraft 1.20 will be the debut of the Minecraft Live 2022 Mob Vote winner! There are three winners of the Minecraft Live 2022 Mob Vote. Sniffer is an ancient mob that was extinct… until now! If you want to make it thrive. The only way to bring back the sniffer to Minecraft is to locate its eggs and hatch them. You can do this in a Bedrock beta. A preview and Java snapshot will soon be available. 

You will find the sniffer inside the first snapshots, betas, or previews. Artistic Mode without all its functions, for example finding and hatching the egg. You don’t have to worry about it, as Minecraft 1.20’s sniffer will still be able to perform all of the functions you selected during Minecraft Live 2022. When getting to know the final form of the sniffer, the first step is to ready yourself for an adventure. You’re going to have to set out into the Overworld and start searching. In suspicious sand you can also find sniffer eggs. Once you’ve unearthed your egg, it’s time to help it hatch! This is the most important part. You haven’t lived until you see a tiny snifflet emerge from its shell. 

When your snifflet is born and you’ve stopped cooing over how cute it is, it will grow up into a sniffer. The mob can be both huge and helpful. It is a little botanist and can sniff out old seeds from when it first walked the Overworld. They can also be planted in your garden to create new ornamental plants.
