Red Dead Redemption rerelease pre-order: info and pricing

Rockstar revealed earlier in the month that it would launch a brand new gaming console. Red Dead RedemptionThe Nintendo Switch and PS4 storefronts will be launching on August 17. This $49.99 version includes both the campaign and fantastic gameplay. Undead Nightmare expansion, in addition to all of the bonus content featured in the original “Game of the Year” edition Xbox 360, PS3 and PS4 (excludes multiplayer content which has been removed from this game). The physical release is scheduled for October 13.

While this launch would’ve been a prime opportunity to provide the 13-year-old title with some graphical improvements, it seems to be the same game (a great game, mind you) that we got on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The rerelease, however, will include support for several languages including traditional and simplified Chinese, Korean and Polish, Brazilian Portuguese and Latin American Spanish. If you buy the PS4 version, it’ll be backwards compatible on PS5.

There are no bonuses available for digital pre-orders. This may however change closer to the launch of the physical version. And naturally, we’ll keep this page updated with any additional news as it becomes available.
