Rappy 1st Anniversary, Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis

So I believe I know how to pronounce (Kukuhroziat), the Weapon Series best-suited to running the Geometric Labyrinth. PSO2 NGSHowever, I had to do some research on the spelling. TheFortunately, PSO2 NGS First Anniversary Event, which started May 11, brings a new Elemental Weapon Series that is much easier to say (and spell) – the Obscura Weapon Series. This series’ weapons will drop into the Limited-time Quest Drill – Dazzling Chao Suppression Op. Seasonal Points can also be exchanged at the Seasonal Points Exchange Shop. Xitre is back from vacation. The Anniversary Event also includes changes to the décor of Retem and Central City, possible sightings of the Anni Rappy, and additional gathering materials in the form of Annivesartichoke and Randomite. What is most exciting for me, however, is the introduction of new Trials in all Sectors that feature a new enemy – Captan. It reminds me of an uncommon enemy I had in PSO2, Mesetan. They dropped lots of Meseta.

If you’re intrigued by my mention of the new Obscura Weapon Series, then I’d suggest your first task be to gather Seasonal Points so you can purchase a pre-enhanced weapon from this Dark Element series at the Seasonal Points Exchange Shop. That way you’ll be able to use it right away without needing to sacrifice all of your saved +EXP Gold and Silver Primm Swords in order to enhance it. Xitre offers Obscura weapons as well as a wide selection of Stamps, Augments and Weapon Camos from past Elemental Weapon Series. You can even nab some Star Gems from her as well, so maybe you’ll get the items I’ve been fiending for from the Refined Form 2 SG Scratch Ticket collection (Punkishly Vivid, why do you continue to elude me?!) For NGS 1, you could also trade Seasonal Points.^St Anniversary Exchange Tickets, which can be used at Xitre’s other shop for +50 Schwarz Armor. These armors will be very tempting for those who are still trying to gather Arms Refiners in order Limit Break their armor beyond +40. While you’re farming Seasonal Points, I hope you’re lucky enough to encounter Captan, as in NGS this enemy drops some choice Augment Capsules, which is even better than N-Meseta in my opinion (though phashionistas may disagree.)

You should definitely get involved. Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis and check out the event for yourself, because there’s even more headed down the pipeline. Kvaris updates and new areas will be revealed in June. So it’s a smart idea to have some extra time to plan and get ready.
