Pokimane is taking a break from YouTube and Twitch streaming
Imane “Pokimane” Anys, a popular content creator and one of the most recognizable faces on Twitch, is taking a break from streaming.
She announced her hiatus on Twitter. “I’ve been feeling in need of a mental reset & some time to focus on myself,” she said. According to her statement, she sees breaks as “essential” to a maintaining a person’s health and overall ability to stay with their career. “Looking forward to coming back refreshed and ready to make more content,” she went on. Pokimane is one Twitch’s most popular streamers. Her Twitch channel had 9.2 million viewers at the time this article was published, while her YouTube channel had more than 6.6 million subscribers.
