PlayStation Announces Remote-Play Handheld Device

Today, at its PlayStation Showcase Event, Sony announced that “Project Q”, the internal name of a portable remote-playing device was being developed. 

Details are scarce as of writing, but we know it’ll allow you to play games installed on the PS5 over wifi to the device, except for VR games. Also, Sony announced the release of wireless earbuds compatible with PS5s as well PCs. They can also be used on smartphones using Bluetooth.  

No further info was given, but more details are expected to come “in the near future.”
