Open World Racing Lego 2K Drive Revealed, Releasing This May

Lego 2K Drive will launch this May by the Lego Group. 

Lego 2K Drive will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S as well as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It also arrives on PC, Xbox One, Switch, Xbox One and PC in May. Visual Concepts is developing the game, which is inspired by Forza Horizon’s combination of open-world exploration with Mario Kart-like driving. It’s not hard to see how it works. Lego 2K Drive was the first Lego Group collaboration, but it’s not the last. It is “a multi-title partnership” between 2K (and 2K) to create AAA Lego games.

The partnership brings together 2K’s expertise in interactive entertainment and Lego Group’s cultural influence to transform the beloved Lego Games experience in new and exciting ways.

Lego 2K Drive will blend the best aspects of open-world driving with fast-paced, competitive racing while offering a variety in vehicle customization options. 

Lego 2K Drive’s open-world racing style is unique in that you can customize your vehicle (with brick-building animations) to change depending on terrain. Your vehicle can transform according to the track you are racing it on. You can also use the Garage to build and customise vehicles right from scratch. Lego 2K Drive launches on PlayStation 5 Xbox Series X/S. PlayStation 4 Xbox One and Switch will follow suit in May 19.
