Obi-Wan Kenobi’s Smallest Hero Will Be A Big Collectible This Holiday

You have not yet seen the premiere episode Obi Wan KenobiYou should not go any further on Disney Plus. Star Wars’ latest collectible introduces an entirely new character. It’s not like anything else we have seen. Grogu will make this odd companion, which is expected to turn into many collectibles this holiday season.

Today’s announcements came from Hasbro today, toy maker, during Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim (Calif.).

Trailers Obi Wan KenobiAlthough it was implied that Old Ben would keep an eye on Luke Skywalker’s progress, the story is really about his sister. We first see Leia when we meet her. It turns out that she is accompanied by LOLA, a companion droid. (L0-LA59). The tiny hovering robot transforms into three collectibles that replicate the sounds and movements of the series.

LOLA, Hasbro’s animated edition, features a touch sensor that activates over 45 light, sound and movement options. It will be available in the fall and retails at $89.99

This interactive electronic doll from Hasbro also includes lights, sounds and movements. This poseable figure allows for different placements of the LOLA panels. The figure will be available this summer at $39.99

The Grogu Bounty Collection is Hasbro’s last announcement. There are two LOLA toys that you can put on your shelves. They each show the character of the droid differently. The figures from this series will also include figures based upon R2-D2, BD-1 or Grogu. Hasbro plans to release them in fall.
