New Suicide Squad game will include late Kevin Conroy voicing Batman
Batman will be joining Rocksteady’s long-awaited supervillain team Killing the Justice League: Suicide Squad. Batman’s appearance in the game was announced at The Game Awards 2022, in a new trailer that also revealed that the Caped Crusader will be voiced by Batman: The Animated SeriesKevin Conroy was the star of the game, and he died in October. Finaly, the game was also awarded a release dateDated May 26, 2023
Along with voicing Batman in the 1990s’ Batman: The Animated Series, Conroy played the role in numerous video games, including all of Rocksteady’s Arkham series games from 2009 forward. Conroy, who was 66 years old, died November.
Killing the Justice League: Suicide SquadThere have been several delays on the way to its release. The original trailer for the game, which was released last year at DC’s FanDome event, took place in a Metropolis in the midst of invasion and introduced us to members of the cast like Harley Quinn, King Shark, Boomerang, and Deadshot. Superman also killed an innocent pilot in the trailer, perhaps while under Brainiac’s control. The Suicide Squad then learned who the targets were.
Rocksteady claims that Killing the Justice League: Suicide SquadPlayers can play the game in co-op with up to four people. You also have the ability to swap to unused characters during missions. Your squad mates will simply get taken over by the AI when you or a friend aren’t in control of them.
