Netflix’s Live Action One Piece Show Coming This Year

Netflix’s One Piece live action series will sail the year. 

Today, the subscription streaming service announced this information with a new image as well as a poster about the forthcoming pirate series. It is based on One Piece’s long-running manga and anime series. The release year image features Monkey D. Luffy, played by Iñaki Godoy, raising his fist up in the air. The image also includes the One Piece logo from Netflix.

These images and the casting are great. However, Netflix’s One Piece series has yet to be shown in action so let’s hope we see a trailer soon. One Piece is set to premiere in early 2018.
