MultiVersus Open Beta Begins This Month, And The Iron Giant Will Join the Fray

MultiVersus, the Warner Bros. cross-platform platform fighting game MultiVersus, will be available soon to all who want to play. The game’s first open beta kicks off on July 26. Additionally, an early access period begins a week earlier on July 19 for anyone who participated in May’s closed alpha or received Twitch drop codes.

Play the open beta on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Cross-play support and feature rollback netcode are available for online play. With the addition of the Iron Giant, the beta will have eight maps and a wide range of gameplay options.

New footage shows the robot peace-loving from the title animated movie. 

We still don’t know when MultiVersus will launch in full, but we’ve been mostly impressed with it so far. This will only make MultiVersus better once it launches in full.
