Lost Judgment: The Kaito Files DLC Releasing Later This Month

Lost Judgment is the Yakuza sequel to the Yakuza detective-spinoff series. It will be getting new story DLC through The Kaito Files in late September. 

More specifically, if you’re excited for more story content in the world of Judgment and its sequel, Lost Judgment, The Kaito Files will hit the game on March 28, meaning you don’t have to wait too much longer now. The Kaito Files, which are described as a story expansion of Lost Judgment centered on Masaharu Kaito (who will also be the playable characters for the DLC), will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. 

If you purchased the Lost Judgment Ultimate Edition or the Season Pass, you’re all set for March 28. The Kaito Files DLC can be purchased separately at $29.99. This story DLC is completely independent of the main Judgment storyline and RGG Studio says it will add a bonus of 10 hours of new content, plus a unique fighting style. 

The Kaito Files joins the game’s three other DLC packs: Quick-Start Help Pack, Detective Essentials Pack, and the School Stories Expansion Pack. Here’s what each gets you if you’re curious: 

Quick-Start Support Pack

• Articles for the Health
• Extract recipes for new products
• Wayfarer’s Lucky Cat: More in-game Yen

Detective Essentials Pack

• More detective dogs
• New skateboard and skate park
• Sky Spider Drone: Extract recipes

• Sega Master System Games – Four More: Alien Syndrome (Global Defense), Fantasy Zone II: The Tears of Opa–Opa and Sagai
• Fight Super Shin Amon

The School Stories Expanding Pack

• This package includes more components and a brand new course
• A new dance club look and sweeter moves
• A new robot
• Spare with Kaito and Sugiura.
• “Take the new boxing combat style out to the streets” 

When The Kaito Files is released later this month, it will be the finale of RGG Studio’s planned/announced DLC. There has been no additional DLC announced by RGG Studio.
