Lego reveals first Animal Crossing sets, complete with Tom Nook

Nintendo has teamed up once more with Lego to create Animal Crossing Lego set. Nintendo shared a preview of the collaboration Thursday on social media. The clip featured eight Animal Crossing Minifigs as they celebrated a present that was lifted by a balloon.

From left to right, there’s Rosie, Bunnie, Marshal (a fan favorite from Animal Crossing New HorizonsKappa (left), Fauna (right), Julian, Isabelle and Tom Nook.

There’s no official release date or pricing information available just yet, but Lego leakers The following are some of the ways to improve your own ability. The August report suggested that Animal Crossing would arrive in March of 2024. Leaked information stated that five different kits would be available, from a 14.99 kit with 170 pieces to a $74.99 set consisting of 535 parts.

Beyond the minifigs and a few other details — like the cute fruit trees and floating present — there’s not much to go on regarding what to expect from the collaboration. Of course, there are plenty of buildings that could be recreated in Lego form, like the iconic Nook’s Cranny. A fan-created version of Nook’s Cranny was highlighted by the Lego Ideas blog in September 2020; Lego builders are able to submit ideas to the Lego Ideas program, and if they get enough support from other builders, Lego will review them. Lego may produce a new set based on a particular build if it likes the design enough.

Isabelle’s office at Town Hall would be another obvious choice for a Lego set, but I’m hoping to see the island museum — fit with Brewster’s The Roost coffee shop — and Jolly Redd’s boat.

Nintendo and Lego launched their Super Mario Bros. Lego set line back in 2020. The partnership has since grown. Lego’s Super Mario Bros. line of Lego sets includes everything from an LED Mario that can run through different levels, to a Piranha Plant set with 540 parts. It will arrive on Nov. 6th.
