Hyper Gunsport, One of the Oldest ID@Xbox Games, is Finally Available!

After eight years, finally the end is near after [email protected] program, Hyper GunsportFinally, it is available! Future Millennium Sporting Action!

So What’s Hyper Gunsport?

In a nutshell, it’s cyberpunk volleyball with guns. You can have two or one team. must shoot a ball into the opposing team’s goal. The keeper, in the back, can’t move, but has more shot opportunities and a greater aiming range. Although the Striker can jump and move, he has fewer shots. Shoot the ball at the same time and you’ll get a powerful (and speedy!) Focus shot. Every time the ball crosses the net it’s worth one additional point, upping the stakes as you play.

Every team has its own special weapon, which you can use as you play. Each arena has its own gimmicks, like a moving net or changing goals. You can make the game even more fun with new rules like turbo mode or low gravity.

Hyper Gunsport There is a story mode that allows single or co-op players to play. You can also play 2v2 and 1v1 in couch co-op. The game also features stage and team unlockables as well as an AI tournament. It runs on Xbox Series S|X!

It Was a Long Time!

Well, it’s quite the story! Necrosoft Games, our company was at the announcement. [email protected]2014 program in Cologne. The after-party was where we signed up our game! Between then and now, a lot has happened – two publishers fell by the wayside, we released a preliminary version on a streaming platform that no longer exists, and the game got canceled (and revived) five times! We’re a multi-title studio, so we were always working on something else alongside Hyper Gunsport, but still, it’s amazing that it’s taken over eight years from signing to final release. We probably shouldn’t take pride in it, but it’s certainly a hallmark of a sort.
