How to change FOV in Starfield (without mods)

Copy this document exactly as we have it here, but replace “95” for the value of your choice

  1. You can now open up the door to your File ExplorerYou can now download and install the Microsoft Office Suite on your PC
  2. Visit the website Documents > The Game – My Games > Starfield
  3. Click here to find out more about Hit View button at the top of the screen and make sure the “The file extension is a name that can be used to identify files.” box is ticked
  4. The white area under the existing Starfield Right click on files. Select The New York Times > Text Document
  5. You must name the text file exactly this way (including capitalization and case): StarfieldCustom.ini
  6. Your text file should read “StarfieldCustom.ini.txt” once you hit enter on the rename. Remove the.txt from the end of the file and select “Yes,” when your PC asks if you’re sure you want to change the extension
  7. StarfieldCustom.ini is a document that can be opened.
  8. Type exactly the following in the first line: [Camera]
  9. The second line should read: fFPWorldFOV=x
  10. In the third column, write exactly this: fTPWorldFOV=x
  11. Replacing the xIn either first or third person, or even both. Play around until you get a number you like. But just under 100 Zooming in on the image without looking weird will make it look more realistic.
  12. You can Save Money the file and your changes once you’ve selected your FOV (open it again to make sure it worked)
