Back on Reach, the military arm of the human population finally agrees to let Dr. Halsey go forward with her plans for Cortana in light of the Chief’s shocking act of disobedience. Soren066 is also presented to us and we learn more about his relationship with our favorite green Spartan. Is this episode on the air? The answer is a disappointingly, and overwhelmingly negative.
