Grounded Just Got Hotter and Hazier

The average person in the world today is the GroundedHot and Hazy was the largest update to the backyard. The largest update to the backyard has many new features, including new biomes and areas that can be explored. There are also a few new bugs, as well as some new mechanics for playstyle customization.

Digging into the update with the new Sandbox biome, this area brings the heat, as a new sizzling mechanic is introduced exclusively to this new area… for now. If players don’t have shade or proper gear, they will quickly become sweltering in the desert-like area. Why go out exploring during daylight when it is possible to wait until nightfall, and avoid getting burned? You’ll miss out on sparkling glints in the sand that can only be seen during with the light of the scorching sun, and that can only mean one thing: treasure! Get out there to find your treasure! Although, treasure isn’t the only thing buried in this area, as players will now come face-to-face here with one of the strongest foes yet; the antlion. This new creature loves to eat ants, and you. Prepare!

Black Ant Hill has been added to our game. The first mega dungeon that players will have access to is Black Ant Hill. Players can fight their way through halls below. If they have the clearance, players will be able to meet the mini-boss.

Haze has had its area updated. This biome is enveloped in a thick cloud of weedkiller, which leaves those without gas masks struggling for breath.  Infected weevils and mites are joined by new bugs, including the ladybug larvae and the gnat. They offer a unique experience compared to their non-infected relatives as well as deadly, exploding fungal fungi. The lab is hidden within this area, and players must be prepared to find them.

The universe is GroundedIn-game brands are also being introduced to new regions, which is a major expansion for the game. Picnic Table is now open. Players can explore this area once loved by gamers with bits from Minotaur or Myrmidons Vol. Left to see: Players will find the Pebble Village lunchbox that someone has left behind on the bench. You will also find the Trash Heap where you can discover rotten food as well as a busted AARTZ3000, plus the Meaty Gnats who want to be met.

Along with new and updated areas and new creatures (let’s not forget the Sickly Roly Poly that can be found near the Trash Heap!A number of new gameplay mechanics are included, which allow for players to personalize their experience. The popular Yoked Girth Milk Molars are now available to be found scattered about the yard. These molars are able to give individual or group upgrades depending on what type they find. Smithing Station is now available. This station will allow you to improve weapons and tools, and give them specific attributes such as salty, spicy, and fresh. The game’s food system has undergone a revamp to give players greater bonus opportunities based on how they make meals from the various cookbooks available. Brain Power was also added to aid players in managing Raw Science.
