Vines and glowing moss do not grow natively on your island, so you’ll need to get lucky with a Kapp’n island in order to find it, unless you have the game’s DLC.

So far, we’ve only found DIY recipes for these items on Kapp’n islands with the glowing moss and vine on them. A glowing vine and moss island can have one recipe. It is located in a small bottle by the ocean. You should make sure you find it, grab it immediately and leave the island.
