All! I’m Derek Bradley, CEO at A44 Games and Creative Director on Flintlock: The Siege of DawnThis game will be available on Xbox in the first quarter of next year. We were so excited to introduce our new game to the world earlier this year, and now I’m delighted to be able to share a first look at gameplay.

It’s coming later this year to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One and it’s also going to be available on day one on Xbox Game Pass! In case you missed it, we debuted our latest trailer in Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase earlier today, you can check it out here:

As you may have seen, FlintlockThis RPG is unique because it combines gunpowder fantasy with dark magic from old gods. The gods that you’ll encounter in FlintlockThey were once thought to be gone, but have returned with hordes upon hordes to wreck havoc all over the globe. You start your adventure with mankind’s survival at severe risk and that’s where Nor and Enki come in!

Nor is a Coalition soldier on a personal mission of revenge and brings with her the firepower.  You’ll have seen a glimpse at just a few of the arsenal of tools she will have at her disposal in the game, from brutal melee weapons to explosive firearms. Enki, on the other side, is her trickster friend and has a host of magical abilities that can help in battle. You can also cause havoc!

Outside of combat our new video also puts a spotlight on the expansive open world we’re building. You’ll journey through everything from deep forests and coastal hideaways to gritty trenches and towering cathedrals. Every locale is alive with dangers and there will be many enemies along your journey. There are also some friendly allies.
