Fortnite Chapter 3 Finale Event Concludes With First Look At New Chapter 4 Map And Skins

Fortnite Chapter 3 is officially over.

The Chapter 3 launch was last December. Now, Chapter 4 officially begins tomorrow, December 4. Chapter 4 launches with a new map. This map will feature both returning and brand-new locations. There’s a glimpse of this new map at the end of the Chapter 4 “A New Beginning” trailer, which you can watch below:

The trailer shows you other skins. These include Geralt of Rivia (from The Witcher series), the Incredible Hulk (from Doom), and Mr. Beast.

However, before all that happened, however, players had the chance to see the Chapter 3 finale “Fracture” event this afternoon at 4:05 p.m. ET. If you miss it, you can’t go back and play it now. It showed the battle island imploding with pieces and fragments scattered all over the stars.

The task was to collect zero-point fragments that were scattered around a narrow section of the map. As players collected more pieces, more were made available for play. You could also compete in quests like throwing snowballs at your enemies, or sending players into outer space to bounce off as beach balls. Races and matching island props are also possible. You were awarded a zero-point fragment for every task you completed. The Chapter 4 trailer was completed after about thirty to forty minutes. We saw the Chapter 4 trailer. It was a creation of the Chapter 4 map.
