Fortnite adds Dead Space’s Isaac Clarke, who needed a vacation

FortniteIt is home to many pop culture icons, thanks to the Gaming Legends series that has featured characters such as Geralt of Rivia, Doom Slayer Chris Redfield and Geralt of Rivia. The protagonist is now Dead SpaceIsaac Clarke is also joining the fray.

Epic Games shared the news via a Monday post. Players can now buy the engineer as well as some handy necromorph cutting tools.

For $11.99. players can buy the Strange Transmissions Quest Pack from the in-game shop. You get the Isaac Clarke outfit as well as an equipped RIG and handy health bar. It also has an upgrade emote that allows you to equip and un-equip the pickaxe, much like Isaac’s upgrade system. Strange Transmissions Quests can be found in the pack and will reward players with up to 1,500 VBucks.

Frankly, I’m glad to see someone making sure Isaac has a good time. After the unfortunate events of Dead SpaceIn other words, you need to get in. FortniteIt must feel like he has a large backyard to run around in. No one’s going to eviscerate Isaac here, so he can just focus on getting that chicken dinner and avoiding sniper shots from Sasuke from Naruto. It’s just a shame Isaac couldn’t bring his iconic heavy stomp into this game, because it’d probably be an effective tool in Fortnite, too.
