Fortnite adds Bruno Mars/Anderson Paak music duo Silk Sonic to Icon skin line

Silk Sonic is bringing its brand of R&B to Fortnite. Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak’s musical duo will get in-game skins as part of the Icon series, as well as a few other cosmetics, and a new radio station to listen to while you drive around the island. All of Silk Sonic’s items will arrive in Fortnite’s in-game store on Feb. 10.

Each musician will get their very own skins and a variety of cosmetic accessories. Mars will get the Sound Scepter Pickaxe, which doubles as a back bling when he isn’t using it, and the Freedom Wheels Emote. .Paak will receive the Boom Bap Pickaxe as well the Sonic Snare Back Bling. Each skin will come with an alternate style for its in-game skins.

Finaly, they will have their own radio station in-game that players can listen while they drive using Icon Radio. The station will initially be dedicated to Silk Sonic but Epic Games may add artists from Icon Radio in the future.
