F1 22 cross-play beta tests open to public in August

Cross-platform play coming soon F1 22 The month begins with two tests that are open to the public over the weekend, followed by full integration at the end.

Thursday’s statement assured players that cross-play may be disabled for those who wish to compete only against those from the same family of devices. Codemasters believes cross-platform multiplayer will significantly increase matchmaking online multiplayer and ensure that drivers are consistently matched up with other players of the same skill level. The Two-Player Career will also be enhanced by cross-platform multiplayer, which was launched in 2021. It brings together Formula One enthusiasts with their friends on different console families.
