History of FIFA Football Game
FIFA, also known as FIFA Soccer, is one of the best-selling video game franchises, is a series of association football simulator video games released annually by Electronic Arts under the EA Sports label. Since the late 1980s and already competitive in the games market when EA Sports announced a football game as the next addition to their EA Sports label. FIFA series was called the “the slickest, most polished and by far the most popular football game around” by a British newspaper, The Guardian. As of 2011, the FIFA franchise has been available in 51 countries, developed to play in 38 platforms, and translated into 18 languages. Listed in Guinness World Records as the best-selling sports video game franchise in the world, by 2018, the FIFA series had sold over 260 million copies.
It was in late 1993 when the series began, and it was notable for being the first to have an official license from FIFA, the world governing body of football. In the series contain many exclusively licensed leagues including leagues and teams from around the world which the game had to request from the most top leagues in the world to te smallest one if they want to include them in the game in order to allow them to use real league names, team logos, players names and so on.
So on December 15th, they made the first release of a FIFA game, named FIFA International Soccer also known as FIFA 94 because FIFA always release their version of the games a year earlier (94 on 93, 95 on 94, and so on) with the British David Platt and polish Piotr Świerczewski on de cover of the game which is one of the Electronic Arts marketing strategy where they use a high figure of the sport to represent the game released strategy used till today. The Edition was released for almost ten platforms like PC, DOS, Amiga, Sega CD (as FIFA International Soccer Championship Edition), 3DO, SNES, Mega Drive/Genesis, Master System, Sega Game Gear, Game Boy.
The first game in the series was released in the weeks leading up to Christmas 1993. This greatly hyped football title broke with traditional 16-bit era games. The game became the number one in the UK charts, because of all the contents that the game could afford at the time surprising all players expectations with views illusions that people weren’t used to, but knowing the potential the game had, people couldn’t wait for the future versions of it.
Years passed by and today we can play FIFA in many other platforms as on Smartphones we play FIFA mobile, on PC we can play FIFA Online 4, since you have the System required to play you can play it, knowing that the FIFA Price has always been affordable for most people to enjoy it.
FIFA 20 INTRODUCTION
FIFA 20 is a football simulation video game published by Electronic Arts as part of the FIFA series. It is the 27th instalment in the FIFA series, was released on 27 September 2019 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
The game had us waiting for it with higher expectations due the number of features that EA said it would have, which happens almost every year, but since the evolution of the graphics on FIFA 18 and FIFA 19, so we believed in a big change on FIFA20 in every single mode, and it has, but also a lot of bugs, if you want to see some of them you can go check on FIFA Reddit/FIFA20, and you’ll see what players think about it.
Despite changing some of the mode’s features, upon release, the game’s Career Mode was criticized for being riddled with bugs, including computer-controlled opposition managers picking unusually weak teams, players changing positions seemingly at random, and unexplained rating changes.
The criticism has been described as “issues that either turn its take on realism into a bit of a joke or break the game entirely,” with claims that EA is attempting to cover up or downplay the game’s flaws. The “#FixCareerMode” hashtag trended for several days on Twitter in the United Kingdom, with fans hoping to draw attention to the issues in the mode. On 16 October 2019, EA responded by releasing a new patch for the game, which fixed various problems that were reported to be present.
So regardless of the bugs that we might find on FIFA20 players with a bittersweet feeling still want to buy it for all these innovations that the game brings to the table, FIFA 20 still has an affordable price and fun to be played.

VR FIFA experience
Speaking to Eurogamer, Oculus VR co-founder Nate Mitchell depicts a VR FIFA experience of the player sitting in the crowd while controlling the game on the field as usual, which would immerse the player in the atmosphere of being at a football stadium. But, with so many of the leading VR titles moving the focus to first-person for full immersion into the game, people may expect EA to do the same with FIFA – possibly in the popular Be A Pro game mode. Now is a good of a time as any for EA to go big on bringing in a fantastic new experience to their dedicated players in the form of FIFA VR.
