We have Polar, the newest Genius. Her passion is to save the planet and cool it down.
Fueled by her frustration that the Forces of Justice aren’t doing anything to stop the world burning, she has decided to take matters into her own hands. And because she’s an Evil Genius… Well, Plan A is always ‘Build a Doomsday Device’. Z.E.R.O. This terrifying weapon can be used to freeze the entire earth. Polar is determined to remake the world as she sees it in her unique frozen vision.
The new Arctic Lair was also created as a result of all this attention to frozen areas. Although Polar is able to use the Arctic as her base, she could also make herself comfortable in one of the Tropical Lairs. All of your favourite madcap overlords, including Polar, can make themselves at home in the Arctic. Evil can take over the world.
Let’s not get bogged down in the superficial details. Let’s dive deeper… into the five new Ocean Regions making their debut on the World Map.
In order to make the most of the new underwater possibilities presented by the Oceans Regions you’re going to need Submarines. We have also added them to the game, as luck would have it. Set your Engineers (a different minion type) up in the Workshop. They will build subs for exploration and turrets that protect your lair.
The pack includes a Force of Justice Agent Diver (J.A.W.S) and an armored Super-Agent named Deep Six. However, given the right ‘persuasion’, you can turn the Super-Agent to become your Henchman.
Finally we all know that a happy Worker is a productive worker so we need to keep them comfortable, wherever possible, although sometimes a whack from Polar’s trusty staff can do the trick. A new Temperature system means that your workforce’s productivity will be affected if they get too cold or too hot. To ensure optimal working conditions for these little pests, you will need air conditioning and heaters around the Lair. This temperature system is applicable to all Lairs and not only Arctic.
The Oceans Campaign Pack offers a host of exciting new game possibilities as well as cool ways to conquer the world. We hope that you will have lots of fun trying new things and fighting for the Forces of Justice.

You will need to train an army of engineers who are a bit eccentric and can help you build your sub-marine fleet, as well as a range of dangerous turrets. Because the new temperature system will impact their productivity, equipment and efficiency, they will have to be kept warm. You can place heaters or air conditioning in order to maximize efficiency.
Explore the 5 Oceans under radar for new sinister schemes. But be careful for the Forces of Justice! Through your criminal intelligence network, you have received a number of do-gooders divers as well as a brand new armored Super Agent.
