Destiny 2 Xur location and items, July 1-5

Xur is the weekly Exotics item merchant and hangs out at random places around Destiny. In Destiny 2You can find him anywhere on the globe, including inside the Tower. This week you will find Xur. NessusHanging out under the huge tree Watcher’s Grave.

Xur’s inventory this week consists of the following:

• The Lord of Wolves: Solar shotgun, 29 Legendary Shards
• Celestial Nighthawk, Hunter Helm: 23 Legendary Shards
• A Insurmountable Skullfort Titan Helm: 23 Legendary Shards
• Storm of Tempests Warlock helmet 23 Legendary Shards
• Exotic Emgram: 97 Legendary Shards. You can also purchase another Exotic Cipher.
• Exotic Cipher quest: free

Season of the Risen The Witch Queen, Xur sells a random roll of both Hawkmoon and Dead Man’s Tale each week.

Here’s what he’s selling this weekend:

• Hawkmoon Kinetic Hand Cannon (Opening Shot), 125,000 Glimmer 200 Legendary Shards Exotic Cipher and Ascendant Shard
• Dead Man’s Tale, Kinetic scout rifle (Snapshot Sights): 125,000 Glimmer, 200 Legendary Shards, Exotic Cipher, Ascendant Shard

As of Season of the Lost, Xur also sells a collection of old armor and weapons — similar to Banshee-44 and Ada-1. These items can be difficult to find, and are often from years past. The cost of each item (armor or weapon) is only 1,000 Glimmer, and the 50 Legendary Shards are included.

Xur’s Legendary inventory this week consists of the following:

• Enigma’s Draw, Kinetic sidearm
• The Kinetic pulse gun and Cold Denial
• We bid Kinetic farewell
• Seventh Seraph CQC-12, Solar shotgun
• A Void grenade launcher, a deafening whisper
• Falling Guillotine, Void sword
• The Arc pulse gun, the Third Axiom
• Braytech armour set

Xur’s items drop at a power level similar to that of your character.

Lord of Wolves

Lord of WolvesIt is possible to Forsaken shotgun. Exotic perk: Shrapnel launcherThis causes the weapon’s secondary perk to shoot a burst with flaming shrapnel along a single line. The secondary benefit is Get the Wolves Out. The Lord of Wolves has an alternative fire mode that activates when you hold the button to reload. This fires twice the ammunition for every trigger pull, and does bonus damage.

Lord of Wolves can both be used as a PvE or PvP shotgun. Bungie presented an emblem for players that had to face it in PvP a few years back. Bungie has since nerfed the gun, but it’s still an interesting weapon to use in multiplayer or PvE.

Celestial Nighthawk

Celestial NighthawkThis exotic is the top Exotic in Destiny 2. Its main perk, Hawkeye HackIn other words, the causes Golden GunIt is better to only fire one shot than three. This single shot is able to do six times as much damage than the typical Golden Gun. It is recommended for players who enjoy raiding and PvE. It’s exceptional for boss damage.

An Insurmountable Skullfort

An Insurmountable SkullfortIt is a great PvE/PvP exotic for Striker Titans. It is Transfusion MatrixPerk that causes your melee attack kills to immediately trigger health regeneration and fully restore melee energies If you’re a Titan player and you don’t have this yet, rectify that.

Crown of Tempests

Crown of TempestsThis is an excellent Warlock Exotic, particularly if you love Stormcaller. This helmet’s main perk, Conduction TinesArc Ability kills are used to increase your Stormtrance Super’s duration and recharge your Arc abilities. If you don’t have this helmet for your Warlock, you should definitely consider picking it up.

Exotic Cipher quest

Start in Beyond LightXur is now searching for the Exotic Cipher. You can buy Exotics at the Monuments to Lost Light kiosk located in the tower with the Exotic Cipher. You’ll need these items and some other currencies to pick up Exotics like Heir Apparent and Truth.

This week, Xur is asking you to take 21 Strikes and win Crucible or Gambit matches. By finishing the quest, you’ll earn an Exotic Cipher to use however you want.
