Conan Exiles Adds Dark Sorcery to Savage Survival

With today’s free update, the largest one since launch, we add something integral to the universe of Conan the Barbarian: Sorcery. You can find the The Age of SorceryThe update also includes a complete overhaul of attributes and perks. There is also a new building interface and Creative Mode, which makes it easier to build, particularly on a controller.

This milestone is to be celebrated Conan Exiles will be free to try from September 8-11, even if you don’t have Game Pass.

The Darker Shades of Magic

The art of sorcery Conan ExilesIt is not the traditional high-fantasy wizardry. It’s an insidious, creeping affair, requiring sacrifice, preparation, and a pinch of madness. Our goal from the start has been to balance authenticity to Robert E. Howard’s stories with fun and satisfying gameplay.

Instead of shooting your enemies with fireballs you’ll conjure darkness to terrorize them. With the power of sacrificial blood, hulking demons will bend to your will after you’ve torn them from their realm and into yours. Be careful, however, as every time you grab sorcery out of the darkness, some flows into your body, making it corrupt.

Sacrifice is required for power

As you get more corrupted, your stamina and health will drop. You’ll also feel less healthy and will eventually become more tired. This is the price of sorcery. However, corruption has its rewards. You must be willing to give up more to cast certain spells.

Corruption can enhance your authority, strength and vitality. You will be eligible for powerful corruption perks when you put enough in. Each of the corruption perks you earn increases the more corrupt you become.

Rituals

The crafting element of sorcery, rituals require careful preparation. To draw blood from the thralls, construct a sacrificial rock and then summon that blood to produce demonic weapons and armor.

For their apparent ability to travel between multiple locations at once, sorcerers have been feared and well-known. With the new sorcery crafting stations, you can teleport between portals that you’ve set up across the Exiled Lands. To transport yourself across the sky, you can summon a winged monstrosity.

Exploring and surviving in the Exiled Lands has never been more fun. The new dynamics and interactions that sorcery adds will make for unforgettable encounters between players that we can’t wait to witness.

Conan Exiles, an online survival game with sorcery and multiplayer, is now available. Play with strangers and friends in a huge open-world world as you create your home, or a city together. Explore loot-filled caves and survive the cold. You can also develop your character as a scavenging survivor, powerful barbarian, or sorcerer. Then, fight your enemies in epic siege battles.

Conan Exiles may be played as a single-player game, in co-op mode, or online persistent multiplayer.

SURVIVE ON A SAVAAGE LAND
To keep warm, dress well and light a campfire. Also make sure you cool off in the summer heat. To stay alive, hunt, cook, eat and drink. You can build shelters to weather the harsh sandstorms. Avoid getting sucked into darkened ruins.

BUILD A HOME AND A REGION
You can harvest resources for tools and weapons. Then, you’ll be able to build any size home or entire city using an efficient building system. After you have built your structures, place defenses and traps. Finally, add furniture to complete the look.

DOMINATE EXILED LANDS
If you have to, take it away from others players and carve out your share of the Exiled Lands. Build siege weapons and use explosives to break down the walls of your enemy’s city. You can use traps or recruit thralls to build defenses that will stop enemies from entering your territory.

CORRUPT YOUSELF TO WILD DARK SORCERY
Find insidious tricks and corrupt your body so you can use them. People who surrender a part of their lives force receive special perks. You can sacrifice thralls in order to summon the undead or demons, and make them yours. Invoke darkness, fly high on winged monstrosities and summon lightning to strike your foes.

AGES ARRIVE ON THE EXILES LANDS
Conan Exiles Updates are now available in Ages. Every Age comes with its own theme and free gameplay updates. This model allows us to add features and improvements for free, while providing an easy way for any player to support the game’s growth and receive exclusive themed cosmetics.

Explore a vast open space that is seamless and unbroken, starting from the rolling desert dunes in the south to the swampy eastern swamps and snowcapped mountains at the northernmost. You can climb anywhere you like and have complete freedom to explore.
