The smoothest melody you’ll ever see

You might be a fan of TikTok video games, and you may have already seen this musically-driven RPG. Sword of Symphony. Developer Stephen Ddungu posted a clip showing a “rest variant” enemy based off musical notation on Friday. It is a great video that shows how gameplay and concepts can be combined. While it looks like it’s an especially fun play for a musician, its smooth and rhythmic fighting paired with a unique soundtrack puts it high on my list of anticipated releases. I’m ready to pack it all up and travel to this fictional town

Sometimes, I am able to stop scrolling when I spot a scene in a video game. Nick Carver’s scene is taken from his WIP, “The Game Environment”. Spy-O-Ramas which, according to Carver, will be an “exploration game set in a series of interactive dioramas.” Carver posted one of its vibrant scenes, and it didn’t disappoint. I loved the curved lines and pink colour scheme of this building. It gave the town a feeling of charm and whimsy that inspired me to go there and have a cup of tea. The zombie loves to meet you.

Normaly, I think of zombies as slow and brainless movement. However, this animation has my attention. from indie developerVin Hill is a new face for the creatures. This clip features a pixelated zombie attempting to climb a fence in order to get to another character. It is a striking visual style thanks to the contrast of crunchy pixels and smooth backgrounds. Wabbaboy is a game developer. He posted a tutorial about how they created the physics. Sorceress.
