Comic book artist makes the most stunning Final Fantasy-like RPG

Giannis Mionogiannis (comic book artist) is well-known for his work in DC comics such as the Batman series. Future State: Gotham. But now he’s shifted his work toward a new kind of project: developing a Final Fantasy-esque RPG inspired by the original PlayStation. While he was working on this project, the author documented every stage and posted it to social media. It’s been a joy to follow online.

Giannis Milonogiannis, a comic-book artist is documenting the making process on Twitter. Eco Breaker, Turn-based combat RPG. This tweet shows how he made assets for this game. In order to achieve the crisp, pixels look of classic PlayStation games, he scaled his models. He told Polygon that after working in comics, what excites him most about this particular project is “seeing how the player can define and be part of the story.” Whether it’s the music, character design, or early-stage development of the battles, it’s been a treat to follow his journey so far. The squirrel commits an arm-robbery every Monday

We’ve covered Dan DeEntremont’s work before, but I couldn’t resist sharing another work in progress. DeEntremont currently works on a title-appropriate game. The Squirrel with a GunIt’s possible to terrorize the city as a squirrel carrying a gun. And while it’s no Goose GameIt does not take terrorizing innocent citizens lightly and gives the squirrel the gun. A recent video shows the squirrel plundering an ATM. unsuspecting person at gunpoint. It’s hilarious, watching it play out, and has already become a fan favorite online.

The dinosaurs of birds were actually birds. Take a look at the bird (dinosaur).

Sarah is an artist and software engineer. Her creatures designs are the best on the Internet. She is a skilled designer of eye-catching dinosaurs. In case you didn’t know, birds are technically the descendants of dinosaurs, so that’s likely what the caption, “this is my bird,” refers to. You should take a closer look at this birdy fellow, as I instantly fell in love its design.

Developers claim: Enenra is a “third person, hack & slash game, taking place in future Japan.” We don’t know much about the game beyond that, but the developers posted a clip of it online showing off some of the parkour skills you can use in the game, and it’s absolutely absurd. The basic idea is that the character hovers in midair, flipping and rotating several times. This is a very silly looking thing, but I found it interesting. For those who enjoy absurd parkour, there are updates about the game on Twitter.

Glyde, the DragonValefor Games has developed an action-adventure gaming game. This game is colorful, and it’s a fun way for Spyro enthusiasts to enjoy some nostalgia in a more modern setting.
