Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific map first look shows 15 drop zones

Warzone: The Call of Duty Pacific’s Caldera map includes 15 drop zones, according to the first look at battle royale’s new setting, tweeted out Tuesday morning by the game’s official account.

Caldera will be available, which is about the same size and slightly larger than the Verdansk map. Vanguard: Call of Duty Owners on December 8. Duty Call: Warzone sends off Verdansk with a limited-time event, called “Last Hours of Verdansk,” beginning Tuesday at 1 p.m. EST. Raven Software says players can tune in to “see what happens to Verdansk before Warzone goes dark to prepare for Caldera,” and that it will be “a spectacular and fitting end to your time in Verdansk.”

Caldera, in addition to 15 drop zones will have more than 200 points-of-interest, including sandy beaches and the dormant stavolcano. There are also mysterious ruins, capital cities, and submarine bases.

Warzone Pacific: Call of Duty will fully integrate with all players’ progression, items, and loadouts. “Expect all your Operators, Calling Cards, and more from Black Ops Cold War Modern Warfare Stay in Warzone, as well as cross-progression and Seasonal Prestige,” Raven said.
