Bloober Team Announces The Medium TV Series Adaptation

Bloober Team announces that The Medium is getting a television adaptation of its 2021 psychological terror game. 

In a new blog posting, the studio today announced these changes. Translated by The Bloody Disgusting, which reveals Tomasz Bagiński, an executive producer for Netflix’s Witcher series, and Bloober Team’s own Piotr Babieno will oversee the show. 

Babieno says in the blog that “Both videogame and film industries are dear to my heart” according to The Bloody Disgusting. Players loved the story, so more people will now be able hear it. These are the top streaming games based on these games: Cyberpunk: Edgerunners or Arcane have shown that this is the perfect time for such productions.” 

Babieno has noted that The Medium joins a host of videogame adaptations which have had great success. Cyberpunk: Edgerunners (Cyberpunk 2077) and Arcane(League of Legends), along with others that are still being developed, such as Sony’s God of War productions, Horizon and Gran Turismo.
