Suit TechThe new upgrade is the Spider-Man 2You can increase damage, health and movement speed by passively increasing Focus. You’ll have to purchase these upgrades over the course of the campaign, and make choices on which perks you’d like to unlock and use first. And that’s where I come in.

This is what you should do. Spider-Man 2 guide, I’ll walk you through how Suit Tech upgrades work, which ones you want to prioritize first, and help you pick which of the choice node perks are best for you.

[Spoiler Warning: This guide shows the complete Skill Tech guide and discusses some very minor spoilers regarding currency and activities]

Suit Tech is a system that allows you to upgrade your Suit.

You can choose between the Suit Tech Trees to upgrade both Miles & Peter. The Health of the Nation, Damage, FocusThen, Traversal.

Each of these upgrades is more expensive than the last the further you get down the tree, so you’ll likely end up with a few points down one tree before purchasing some additional upgrades in another. As for your currency, you’ll be using all four token types with the Suit Tech tree, so you can’t just focus your time farming Tech Parts if you want to boost your Spidey power.

The system works by dividing the trees into different types of trees.Nodes with two choicesThere are several options for you. The third and sixth upgrade always offers you two different perks, and you’ll only be able to have The following are some of the most effective ways to increase your effectiveness. At any given time, only one of the bonuses can be active. Thankfully, when you buy these perks you’ll also unlock their other option, so swapping between them just takes a quick trip to the menu.

You can also find out more about the following: Focus You’ll get the most varied and significant upgrades with tree. You’ll get additional Focus meters, more ways of generating Focus, and even a cheat-deathYou can always rely on the ability to help you. Focus can be a very valuable investment.

However, if you neglect The Health of the Nation The following are some examples of how to use Damage, you’re going to have a bad time. These may just be boring stab-block updates, but they’re crucial for some of the late-game combat encounters where both enemies and bosses hit hard and have tons of health.

Traversal This is an investment that’s geared towards luxury. It is a luxury investment. You can also read about how to get started. feel incredible to move around once you’ve maxed out the Traversal tree, but none of the upgrades will really help you during the campaign.

I’d recommend spreading your upgrade points around between Focus, Damage, and The Health of the Nation, with Focus being your biggest priority to max first.

Health

Most upgrades simply increase the maximum health, which may seem boring but is important.

The first thing you need to determine is whether or not you would like to use Confidence Boost. This heals your body when performing a Perfect Dodge, while Rejuvenating Parry heals the body when parrying. The two I prefer Confidence boostDodging is what I usually do. If you prefer Rejuvenating Parry, it may be a good option for you.

You can also choose from The Best Defense, which heals you on the 10th strike of every combo or Life Link, where web-shooter strikes will do so. Life Link is the no-brainer choice here, as it’s usable far more often and ranged.

Damage

Like Health, Damage is primarily about increasing the amount of damage that you can deal with each punch. The Damage tree is also important, yet boring.

The choice nodes here are much more exciting than the ones in Health. You have two choices: Air Marshal, which increases the damage dealt to enemies in air and FocusedParry, which allows you to parry attacks while partially recharging abilities. In Spider-Man 2 the ability to recharge abilities is extremely powerful. However, I do recommend Air MarshalThis ability pairs extremely well with an earlier one in this branch.

Combo King is the option for second-choice nodes. This gives you some energy to use for abilities for every 10th attack in your combo. It’s great that you can recharge your energy but waiting 10 hits to see this effect just seems too long. Lava FloorAir Marshal, however, is a powerful weapon that can be used to deal massive damage.

Focus

Focus nodes and choice nodes both have some very important upgrades.

Double FocusGain a second Focus Bar Triple FocusThe best upgrade is to get a Focus bar. We recommend that you do this as soon as possible.

In terms of the nodes that you can choose from, I would recommend Focused Strike (gain 10% bonus Focus when using abilities) over Target Acquisition (automatically tag enemies you see with Scan) as it’s generally more useful.

For the second choice node, it’s actually best to swap between them as needed. Keep your Eyes on TargetIt is important to use stealth in certain areas, such as when you are in combat. Spider-Man 2’s missions. The Perfect SightIt is a useful tool for both bosses and the general open-world.

Traversal

The main focus of traversal is speed. Upgrades will only help you to move faster while using your web wings, or swinging.

You can make your trip to NYC more enjoyable for the least amount of money by picking up the Amazing Launch Select the upgrade that gives you a point launch boost when you jump off a website after hitting jump. AcrobatThe first option node should be upgraded to Point Launch instead of Slingshot Launch.

The final upgrade is the node. All Seeing (Reveal Tech Crates and Spider-Bots mini-map) first until you’ve collected all of the Spider-Bots — All Seeing only works on the mini-map, so check out my Spider-Bots guide for some help reaching each of them.
