Announcing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II

The sequel to 2019’s blockbuster Modern Warfare: Call of DutyIt is close to here. Modern Warfare II: Call of DutyIt will launch a new era of the franchise on Friday October 28th worldwide for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.

Special Operations and Campaign

Task Force 141 faces its greatest threat yet — a newly aligned menace with deep, yet unknown, connections.

The globe-trotting Campaign brings Xbox players around Europe, Asia, the Americas and creates new heroes and allies.

This Campaign will be an amazing experience. It includes off-shore sieges, underwater combat and all-out explosive offensives at 30,000ft above enemy strongholds. High-stakes stealth mission under darkness or plain sight is also part of the plan.

Deploying alongside you are iconic squadmates: Team leader Captain John Price; seasoned sergeant Kyle “Gaz” Garrick; fan-favorite Simon “Ghost” Riley; fearless Sergeant John “Soap” MacTavish; as well as the newest team member, Colonel Alejandro Vargas, an incorruptible Tier 1 Operator and member of the Mexican Special Forces.

Xbox gamers can now join their friends and play in an advanced Special Ops mode after the Campaign. This co-op tactical mode enhances your team building abilities and prepares you for the nearly endless hours of Multiplayer gameplay.

Multiplayer: Next-Generation Innovations

Xbox gamers who fall into Modern Warfare II: Call of DutyMultiplayer will launch first and be among the first players to level up multiple base weapons and explore many maps and modes. They also meet an international cast Operators.

New ways to play the game and many gameplay innovation, such as an overhauled Gunsmith which allows for more customization. Modern Warfare II We will welcome both newcomers as well as fierce rivals on the first day.
