Amazon Luna Comes To Samsung Gaming Hub Today
The latest addition to Samsung Gaming Hub is Amazon’s cloud-based gaming platform, Luna. This feature has been added on every 2022 Samsung smart television and smart monitor models. Amazon Luna joins an ever-growing list of cloud-gaming services that already include the likes of Google Stadia, Xbox Cloud Gaming, Nvidia GeForce Now, and more in the Samsung Gaming Hub.
In late June, the hub was included to all 2022 models. It allows you to view your entire cloud entitlements in one place, without any additional hardware. This means that if one game has an entitlement on Google Stadia and another on Amazon Luna you can both access the hub from the same screen without any additional hardware. You can also play the games with any Bluetooth controller that is compatible.
Amazon Luna offers various subscription plans, with the top-tier subscription, Luna+, offering access to triple-A titles from publishers like Sega and Capcom as well as various independent titles. Amazon Prime subscribers can get access to rotating collections of titles. Control: Ultimate Edition and Myst as well as Steel Assault and Garfield Kart make up this month’s selection. Ubisoft+ can be added to your subscription to allow you to access games from franchises such as Assassin’s Creed and Ghost Recon.
Samsung Gaming Hub offers over 1,000 games thanks to Amazon Luna, which was added to their library of cloud gaming services. I came away impressed from my time with the company’s new gaming initiative at Summer Game Fest this year. Here are my impressions on the cloud-based gaming feature.
